License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Licensee") and Neural Forge Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of TLM Forge, including its Free, Starter and Pro editions and any updates ("the Software"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

For the duration of an active subscription, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own software-development work — personally or within the single organization that purchased the subscription. The license includes software updates and support for as long as the subscription remains active; if the subscription ends, the license ends with it.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT, in whole or in part:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute the Software except for your own permitted internal use.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
• Repackage, rebrand, white-label, or redistribute the Software — or any derivative of it — under any other name, product, or packaging.
• Publish, host, or make the Software available for download or installation by anyone who has not purchased a license.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or attribution.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, content, design, trademarks, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of Neural Forge Technologies LLP and is protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement, including the restrictions in Section 2. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURAL FORGE TECHNOLOGIES LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
