Shipping & Delivery Policy

TLM Forge, sold by Neural Forge Technologies LLP, is a fully digital product. There are no physical goods, and therefore no physical shipping, courier handling, or delivery charges — ever.

1. How Delivery Works

When your subscription starts, your license key and setup instructions are delivered by email to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery is instant — the email is sent within minutes of your payment method being confirmed.

2. Didn't Receive It?

Check your spam or promotions folder first — the email comes from hello@tlmforge.dev. If it's not there within 30 minutes, email hello@tlmforge.dev from the address you subscribed with and we'll re-send your key promptly.

3. Exchanges

As a digital subscription there is nothing to exchange. Cancellations and billing corrections are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
