TLM is sold by Neural Forge Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our") as a one-time purchase. We want you to buy with confidence, so every purchase is backed by a no-risk refund window.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. We will refund the entire amount you paid (the full price, plus any taxes collected at checkout) — no questions asked.
Email hello@tlmforge.dev from the address you purchased with, and include the order ID from your Razorpay payment receipt. That's all we need to process your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. The exact time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable. Your lifetime license & support remain fully intact — the plugin keeps working for you.
Any taxes applied at checkout are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay, and are included in the refunded amount where applicable.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
