Refund Policy

TLM is sold by Neural Forge Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our") as a recurring subscription. You are always in control: you can cancel at any time, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

1. Cancel Any Time

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid period — you are not cut off early. At the end of that period the subscription ends and you are not charged again.

2. No Refunds on Charges Already Made

Payments already made — including the current billing period and any prior renewals — are non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not refund a charge that has already been made, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. How to Cancel

Email hello@tlmforge.dev from the address you subscribed with, and include your license key or the order ID from your Razorpay receipt. We will cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current paid period and confirm by email.

4. Billing Problems

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — email hello@tlmforge.dev and we will investigate and make it right.

5. Taxes

Any taxes applied at checkout are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay, and are included in any amount refunded where applicable.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
